My passion for cooking started at                       a young age, hanging out in the kitchen with my grandma                and whipping up dishes from our family cookbook. Over                       the years, I've experimented with different ingredients,                techniques, and flavor combinations, and with a little help                    from a 200+ year old sourdough, I've created my own unique                    style of pizza. My dough is made with a centuries-old sourdough starter hailing from Japan, giving it a unique flavor and texture that is truly exceptional. My sauce is based off a secret family recipe, and I spare no expense on cheese, utilizing cheeses such as fontina, Gruyère, and smoked Gouda to provide the perfect balance of flavor and melt.
